The 5th of May 2015 marks the start of a new and fresh take on all things food at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa. We have taken an “out with the old, in with the new” approach to all our menus and have introduced new menu in our pristine Seventeen07 Restaurant and renowned Skelligs Pub.
Seventeen07 will now be operating every evening from Monday to Saturday for dinner. Don’t quite feel up to the upmarket atmosphere that is Seventeen07, but you are dying to have a hearty winter warmer like Braised Oxtail, do not fret, we now serve the Seventeen07 menu in our very own Skelligs pub as well as out on the Terrace.
Chef Nicolene Skippers is putting traditional ingredients and techniques back on the plate. Her dishes may sound very simple, but her focus on fresh, natural flavors, the use of top-quality produce and precise technique results in intense, delicious flavours. Look forward to smart reinventions of local favorites, like Oxtail served with fluffy mash, or a touch of Asian flavor in a bold dish of Vietnamese Coleslaw with beautiful prawns.
For the special occasion of dessert, you may indulge in the decadent dessert table from 18h00, serving dishes like Baked Fresh Fig and Honey Walnut Cheesecake or Brilliant Pistachio Baklava. The reimagined cheese plate is an artistic delight, a palette of creamy Gorgonzola studded with full bodied port. Every dish is evocative and unpretentious at the same time.
Don’t miss out on this tantalizing array of new dishes. Come on over to Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa and feed the body, mind and soul. Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa – experience life as it should be.
