Speciality drinks from our barmen – Create your own at home

Erinvale Magnolia Cocktail Bar
The beginning of Spring is the perfect time to move away from our go-to whiskey next to the fire and get into the swing of delicious speciality cocktails.

At Magnolia Social Dining Lounge we encourage individuality and what says “This is ME” more than your favourite cocktail? We offer a large selection of classic cocktails with a twist. Two of our house favourites are:

Shipwreck
Blaauwklippen citrus infused gin, bourbon, ginger beer, lime juice, syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters.

The Shipwreck will pair perfectly with our Steamed Pork Buns or Grilled Chicken Taco.

Jack & Beer
Jack Daniels, honey, lemon juice and topped with an IPA beer.
The Jack & Beer would be well suited alongside our small plates of Bitterballen, Teriyaki Chicken Drumstick, Crispy Pork Belly or Lemon Butter Prawns.

Our skilled barmen have also designed three gin cocktails in our namesake: White Magnolia, Green Magnolia and Red Magnolia. We understand how much our regulars crave these mouth-watering concoctions, so we have decided to give you the tools to make your own at home!

White Magnolia
Pineapple, Kiwi and Chilli
Small Plate pairings at Magnolia Social Dining Lounge: Grilled Ocean Trout, Spicy Calamari, Smoked Salmon Pizzetta and Vegetable Dumplings

Green Magnolia
Basil and Cucumber
Small Plate pairings at Magnolia Social Dining Lounge: Steamed Vegetable Bun, Miso Soup, Baked Exotic Mushroom and Raw Honey Ice cream
