Friday After Check-In

You can book yourself a therapeutic massage at Erinvale Spa at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa. Massages are a great opportunity for you to check in with yourself and allow your muscles to fully relax. Allow your massage therapist to ease away the stress that your body keeps stored as you take in the beautiful aromas and soft ambiance. We recommend having one of our famous Swedish massages to have a full body experience tailored specifically to your needs.
Dinner at Bloom
Allow your taste buds to embark on a gastronomic adventure, guided by our expert culinary team. Enjoy a 4- or 6-course set menu that is seasonally inspired and rooted in a local philosophy, celebrating the exceptional quality of South African produce.
Saturday
Breakfast in Bed
Sleep in and allow yourself to wake up when your body tells you to, no alarms allowed. Order your favourite breakfast to your room and enjoy it in peace while you mentally prepare for your day of relaxing and wholesome activities.
Yoga at Lourensford
Yoga is great for increasing your flexibility, strength, and balance. It allows you to focus on the flow of the movements rather than the never-ending chain of thoughts going through your brain. It helps you to link up with your breath and this assists in bringing peace to your mind, body and soul. Practicing yoga can also help with pain relief and allow you to sleep better at night. The beautiful Lourensford Estate offers yoga classes at their life retreat studio and they are a 5 minute walk from our property.

After your morning yoga session, you will probably have worked up and appetite. Luckily, we have the perfect environment for you to refuel but also to sit and enjoy the nature surrounding you. Our Oak Terrace has a tasty menu with a wide variety of dishes to suit any palate.
Afternoon Hike in Helderberg Nature Reserve
Whether you like to work up a sweat and conquer the mountains or to take a leisurely stroll through the wilderness, Helderberg Nature Reserve is a gorgeous place that caters to all ages and fitness levels. Spending some time in nature is not only good for you physically but also mentally.
Dinner in Magnolia Social Dining Lounge
After a day filled with activity, finishing off with a dinner at Magnolia Social Dining Lounge is the perfect way to relax and enjoy some delicious food and tasty wine or our tantalising cocktails. Invite your golfing buddies along and experience social dining as it was intended!

Breakfast on Oak Terrace
Enjoy our plentiful buffet breakfast on the Oak Terrace as you listen to the birds chirping away. Sticking to the wellness theme, you might opt for some freshly cut fruit, muesli and yogurt, along with your favourite tea or coffee.
Tour Vergelegen’s Gardens
Take a tour of the lush gardens on Vegelegen’s estate. The world heritage site contains 17 themed gardens that can be seen during the hour-long guided tour. You are sure to feel a sense of peace once you have experienced the serenity of the camphor trees.
Lunch at Erinvale Spa
Order one of our delicious health smoothies to go with your light lunch and enjoy the views of the pool and gardens from our patio at Erinvale Spa.
Swim in one of our three pools
Make use of our pool to have an invigorating swimming session. Swimming is not only good cardio, but also relaxing at the same time; so really you can kill two birds with one stone! After your swim you can always lounge by the pool side and enjoy one of our delicious wines on offer.
Walk on Strand Beach
Take in the breath-taking sunset while you enjoy a long walk on Strand Beach, only 15 minutes away from Erinvale. Dip your feet in the ocean and feel the sand between your toes, It’s the perfect way to end your wellness weekend.
Room Service Dinner
After such a fun filled weekend, you can order dinner to your room and relax while you eat one of our flavoursome dishes off of the room service menu. You can call it an early night and get plenty of beauty sleep.
