What’s a fun fact about Erinvale that most guests might not know?
The smaller conference centre consisting of the Birch and Oak Rooms used to be the old tractor shed and the Camphor venue was the old pigsty. These original building structures are over 300 years old and contributes to the historical claim of the property.

Can you tell us about a branding campaign that made you say, “Wow, we really did that!”?
The launch of our newly refurbished Camphor venue was phenomenal. We wowed all our guests with the unveiling of the beautiful 120-seater, which has now become the highlight of the Heart of the Helderberg.
If the Erinvale brand were a dish at Stefan’s Restaurant/Magnolia, what would it be and why?
It would be the first course in Stefan’s Restaurant: Mussel with Lemon Smoked Potato Mousse, Snoek, Fennel, and Lavash option, a blend of luxury, sensory delight and meticulous craftsmanship. The combination of fresh ingredients with innovative culinary techniques ignites the senses.
